Most personalized or custom orders will arrive within 4 weeks of the approval of your proof. Custom tabs will arrive within 3 weeks of the approval of your proof.

Custom binders are created to meet your specific requirements. Many options include material, color, padding, ring size, orientation (letter and legal), orientation (portrait and landscape), logo and title stamping, debossing, metal corners, inside pockets, business card holders, and much more.If you can envision it, we can likely create it.

Personalizing our estate planning portfolio involves foil stamping and debossing your logo to the cover and the spine (if desired). 1.0" personalized binders are $32.00 and 1.5" binders are $36.00.

The answer will depend on material selected, ring size, options chosen, and quantity ordered. By way of example, 1.5" binders designed like our estate planning portfolios will range from $32-36 for quantities of 25 and $22-26 for quantities of 100. These are loaded with options including padding on covers and spine, debossing, gold or silver foil stamping, premium leatherette material, top stitching, business card holder and executive style pocket. Custom binders with few options will be priced less.

All our stock binders (and most of the custom orders) are made by heat sealing the outer edges of the vinyl together. This is cost effective and, when combined with top stitching, gives a custom appearance similar "turned and sewn."

Turned edge binders are more labor intensive and expensive to produce. Cover material is applied then edges are turned inward and glued. Top stitching can also be applied. The result is similar to a book, with completely smooth, rounded and clean edge. Cost is approx. 25% more than heat sealing.

We ship UPS ground (unless you specify otherwise). Shipments are made from our facility in Melbourne, Florida 32940. Deliveries to east coast locations are typically 1-2 days, midwest 3-4 days and west 4-5 days. We have found UPS to be very reliable in its shipping estimates and we will be happy to check time estimates for you. We need simply your zip code.

Unless otherwise specified, we ship UPS ground from Florida. Cost will depend on weight and location. We can provide a quick quote upon request and when using our automated checking system.

A proof will be submitted for your approval before custom production begins. Due to the nature of custom orders, items are not returnable. The only exception is for damaged items. We will credit your account if any custom item is damaged in production or shipment.

This will depend on the number of tabs in the set and the quantity ordered. A typical set of 15 tabs with mylar coating and double sided printing will range from $7-8 for 25 quantity to $5-6 for 100 sets.

Most customers prefer gold or silver metallic foil, although foil stamping is available in other colors.
